An optional extra of club buffet to be held in the games room on the farm. This

£8 per van per night a weekend at Fullers Farm, no electric hook up. A maximum
of 20 Vans.
18th September 2009 to 20th September – 2 Night Stay

£ 12 per van per night. With electric hook up. A maximum of 30 Vans. Club BBQ or
Quiz or please make any suggestions.
24th October 2009 to 31st October 2009 – 7 Night Stay
Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park, Bembridge, Isle of Wight, PO35 5PL
Approximately £170-£180 per van including ferry with electric hook up. A maximum
of 20 Vans
Your chance to explore this lovely isle, alongside friends. The site offers a
numerous amount of facilities including indoor heated swimming pool with flume,
sauna, bars and clubs, childrens clubs with activities during this week for them,
restaurants and takeaways, the list goes on. We need to have numbers of all who
wish to come by the ????

6th November 2009 to 8th November 2009 – 2 Night Stay
Greenhill Farm, Bletchingdon
Bonfire weekend at Greenhill Farm, with fireworks and buffet at the Blacks Head
in the village of Bletchingdon.
£12 per van with electric hook up. No dogs between October to March. A
maximum of 30 vans.
Plus £8.00 per person for the fireworks and buffet at the pub – Optional.

We are open to suggestions for this trip, we are having difficulty finding sites
open and choosing which area to visit. Please let us know if you wish to come
with us and if so where you would like to possibly go. This needs to be arranged
